Qualification:
1. M.Ed / M. Phil / PhD qualification
2. B.Ed. degree
Experience:
- A minimum of 15-20 years of experience as an educator / administrator in progressive schools of which a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role is a must
- Hands-on experience in setting up schools / educational institutions would be preferred
- Exposure to both International and Indian Boards is necessary
- Active involvement in curriculum design
- Experience of conducting audits and assessments of the school
- Managing finances and budgets of the school
- HR management including recruitment / training and retention policies
- Strategic planning and visioning and facilitating affiliation to various boards
- Incorporating progressive systems and processes, in all areas of the school, especially the teaching-learning strategies, such that they support a student centric environment
- Capacity building of teaching and non-teaching staff in keeping with the progressive trends in education
- Mobilizing and managing human, financial and material resources, in an effective manner
- Liaison with all internal and external stake holders

Principal
Qualification:
1. A post graduate degree with a B. Ed. is mandatory.
Experience:
