A crucial piece of our educational endeavor, which is often neglected, is the Teacher. Our aim is to attract the best people into the teaching profession. Our teachers are trained in our own teacher training schools so that the teachers are trained as per the progressive philosophy of Birla Schools which is relevant and cutting edge and aligned to progressivism across the world.
Our teacher is one of our most valued resources, who is given continuous support via teaching and learning materials, intense training workshops, regular coaching and mentoring by subject experts in the classrooms and is given varied and challenging responsibilities in the school to develop multiple skill sets. Through our teacher training institutes and resource centers we expose them to the latest innovations in the different subject areas and equip them with effective and research based teaching techniques and classroom management skills. A core focus is to develop personal and professional qualities in our teachers which empower them to be leaders in their own right.
