Mr. Yash Birla: Chairman, Yash Birla Group - Scion of Birla clan, Mr. Birla has done his masters in commercial stream and obtained a degree in law. He took over the reins of the group at an early age of 23 and has been heading the group successfully by setting very high standards of performance in all areas of businesses for the past 16 years. Under the guidance of Mr. Birla, the Group is striving to build on and contribute to the expansion of formidable Birla Conglomerate through identifying and exploiting various business opportunities.
Mr. Vijay Mishra, CEO, Birla Edutech Ltd - Mr. VijayMishra has completed his post graduation in Business Management with majors in Finance From Marsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Mumbai (NMIMS). He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI)& Associate Member of the All India Management Association (AIMA) In his professional career, Mr. Mishra has handled successfully an array of important assignments, functions of finance, management, fund raising through public issues, GDR, legal aspects, Budgetary Control, designing and implementing credit control procedures, Risk Management etc. He has also been instrumental in mergers/acquisition of companies, etc

He has worked in the top management team in companies like Sunflag Group of Companies, Aryaman Financial Securities Ltd.
Mr. Tushar Dey, Sr. Vice President – Legal, Secretarial & Corporate Governance, Yash Birla Group - is an ACS and a BGL from Annamalai University. He has more than 20 years of work experience in legal & secretarial practices & worked in companies like Fiat India Pvt. Ltd, Multi-Arc India Ltd. Vishesh Infosystems. Ltd., GKL Invel Transmission Ltd. at senior levels.
